Please understand all terms and conditions before trading with us.
  1. Serious buyer only. Back out within 24 hours.
  2. This is PRE-ORDER basis. If u can't wait, please don't make order with us.
  3. Do not ask about stock availability. If no stock after I submit my order, I will refund your money immediately.
  4. You will get your items within 15 days. (not included Sunday)
  5. Price are exclusive LOCAL POSTAGE.
  6. Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE without any valid reason. We do not accept any replacement of :- different size, wearing uncomfortable. We provide the measurement. So, please make sure the size is fit for your measurement.
  7. All pictures shown may be vary from the actual stock. If you are sensitive on this, please don't make any order to avoid any dissatisfaction.
  8. Price is fixed. RM25 and RM30 each. No bargain.
  9. We only accept payment in cash RM (MALAYSIA RINGGIT) only. Payment can be made via MAYBANK, CIMB, and BANK ISLAM.
Warranty :
  1. You can ask for replacement if you receive defective item but only on same item (strictly for same code & same color only) with FREE postage.
  2. All warranty must appeal to us within 3 working days after parcel received, we will refer to skynet/pos laju final delivery date as standard.
  3.  Procedure to claim warranty:-



    • Report the warranty case and attach the picture for defective part to us via miss.esya@gmail.com
    • We will reply to you whether accept the warranty case (we didn’t accept warranty for minor issue, e.g. clothes with washable stain)
    • Buyer sends back the defective item via “Register Post” which cost RM2.40 (WM) or RM2.70 (EM). 
    • We will bear the return postage of maximum RM2.40 (WM) or RM2.70 (EM), if the buyer sends back using other courier method which the cost is higher than RM2.40 (EM) or RM2.70 (EM), we will not responsible to any extra cost.
    • Our warehouse staff will inspect the item when received, if confirm there is a defective; we will replace the same item to you within 7 working days.

  4. Special Requirement
    a. All return item must return together with the original plastic bag, any return item without the plastic bag, we will not accept the case for warranty replacement.

    b. For this case, we will refund RM15 + RM2.40 (return postage) to customer only without any replacement. The RM5 deduction is the penalty for the loss of plastic bag.

Disclaimer: As all necessary precaution is taken in delivering all clothes, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss items during delivery.
